Tech 4 True Blue 90 Furnace

My quatro trueblue 90 gas furnace is not coming on.

Tech 4 true blue 90 furnace. Starting last night only 1 of 3 burners is lighting the burner closest to the pilot. There is a fan running but it is not the air circulating fan.
